Other Fees & Discounts

Graduation Fee: For parents of graduating students, a graduation fee of $64.00 will be added to your account in May and should be included with your May 1 tuition payment. This fee provides for the cap and gown rental, certificates, etc. (No student may graduate until tuition and all fees are current.)

Field Trip Fee: The Academy may, at its discretion, schedule educational or recreational field trips for the benefit of its students. Participation in field trips is optional. Parents will be notified in advance of scheduled field trips and associated fees, the signed Field Trip Permission Slip, together with your payment for associated fees, must be turned into the office prior to the Field Trip. Students who fail to turn in a signed permission slip, or who fail to pay associated fees will be excluded from participating in the Field Trip.

Program Fee: K-4 through 12th grade students will present a class program for the benefit of parents and interested friends. Other special school programs may also be presented throughout the year, at the school's discretion. Where required, any associated fees (i.e. costumes) will be announced, in writing, in advance of the scheduled program.

Fund Raiser & Charity Drives: Fund raisers and charity drives for the benefit of the school or other worthy charitable organizations may be conducted throughout the school year. Participation in these events is discretionary.

Church Membership Discount: Nicaea Academy offers non-denominational church services through its ministry at Community Christian Church. Church services are conducted at the South Campus and are held Sunday mornings, from 10:30 to 11:30a.m. In order to encourage our student body to attend church, Nicaea Academy offers a tuition discount to participating church members in the amount of $10.00 per week (for preschoolers) or $40 per month for K5-Up. Participating members are those who attend the majority of the worship services at Community Christian Church.

• Tuition Assistance: Nicaea Academy offers tuition assistance to truly needy parents. All interested parents must submit their request in writing to the Headmaster for review.
