Medication

If your child is under the care of a physician and is being treated with prescription or over-the-counter medication, we will dispense such medication in the office under written authorization only. You must drop off and pick up your child's medication in the office (children are not permitted to transport medication themselves) and fill out a Medication form, indicating the name of the medication, time(s) and date(s) it is to be administered. All medication must be properly labeled.

In the event that it becomes necessary, emergency medical treatment and general first aide will be administered to your child. Please refer to the Authorization for Emergency Medical and First Aid form in the Enrollment Packet.
