Financial Policies

Tuition for Pre-School Students (18 months through K-4) is due weekly, one week in advance, with the first and last week's tuition being due at the time of registration. The first installment shall be due the next Friday and subsequent installments due on each Friday thereafter.

Tuition for Elementary Students (K-5 and Up) is due monthly on the 1st of each month, with the first month's tuition due in advance.

Late charges may be assessed in the event of late payment or low payment of tuition, or in the event of failure to pick up the student by regular closing hours. The following late charges will

• A $10.00 late charge will be assessed in the event weekly (Friday) tuition payments are not received by the close of the business day on the following Monday evening.

• A $10.00 late charge will be assessed in the event monthly tuition payments are not received by the close of the business day on the 5th of the month.

• There is a $50 charge for all checks returned to us by your bank for any reason. If two checks are returned, the account is on a cash basis (including payments.) We are unable to accept postdated checks.

• Nicaea Academy Preschool is open from 6:30am to 6:00 p.m. for the convenience of our parents. Should parents fail to pick up a student within regular business hours, the school must remain open for that student and requires that we pay additional employees, electricity, etc. Therefore, a $1.00 per minute late charge will apply for all late pick-ups.

• All books, supply and paper will be added to your account. Please add these fees to your regular tuition payment in the month indicated in this brochure. (See below). Each student will have a lunch voucher account; there will be no charging of lunches, snack or drink. Maintaining the lunch account can be done on a weekly bases. Payment can be included in your regular tuition check, please make note on payment.

• Important: Any student who's account is not paid in full within the specified time period will not be admitted to class. No Kindergarten student will be permitted to participate in the graduation program if his account has not been paid in full.
