Explanation of Fees for Pre-school Students (18 Months-K4)

* Application Fee:  (new students only) A $50.00 fee per child must be paid upon application for school.

• Registration Fee: (All students yearly) A $100.00 registration fee per child must be paid at the time of registration. This secures a position in a class and provides for student insurance, bookkeeping, and the school's informative monthly newsletter. This amount is non-refundable and non-transferable should the student cancel for any reason.

• Tuition: Full-time students, $130.00 per week, per child. For children not yet toilet trained, add $10.00 per week.

• Tuition Payment: First and last week's tuition is due in full upon enrollment. (If this is not possible, see office regarding a payment plan.) Weekly tuition is due on Friday with the following Monday being a grace period. Tuition not paid by Monday at the close of the business day will accrue a $10.00 late fee. Students will not be admitted to class if tuition payments are two (2) weeks in arrears.

• Book and Paper Fee: The class supply fee includes all books, workbooks and materials supplies for the entire year. The supply fee and the supplies are non-refundable should a student transfer to another school. The supply fee is added to your account by September 1, or upon enrollment if not enrolled by September 1.

• Holiday Vacation Reduction: A 50% reduction of weekly tuition will be observed for preschool students only during the Christmas week vacation. The 50% reduction will also apply for a two-week personal vacation during the school year, provided advanced written notice is provided to the school and provided that the child does not attend school during the scheduled vacation period. No discounts will apply to vacation periods of less than one (I) week. No refunds or partial payments will be made if school is closed due to hurricanes, natural disasters, or other events beyond the school's control.

• Discounts: A multiple student discount of $10 per week is available for parents with more than one full-time student attending the Academy. For parents with more than two full- time preschool students, please see school office for information. No discounts shall apply for holiday, school vacation, or personal vacation periods.
