Follow these instuctions:
(Opening and printing Application requires Microsoft® Word,Microsoft® Word Viewer-Download here
or Adobe® Acrobat Reader)

Click Here to Download Nicaea
Pre-School Application DOC

When Window pops up, Click "Save"
button
-
Change "Save in" location to "My
Documents" (change "Save In" location using drop down arrow)
-
Under File name (located at lower
left of window) it should read "Preschool-Application.doc
or Preschool-Application.pdf"
-
Click "Save" button (located at
lower right of window)
-
Nicaea Application should now save to your local computer in "My Documents"

Navigate to "Preschool-Application.doc or Preschool-Application.pdf" by opening "My Documents" from computer desktop or Windows Explorer

Next Double-Click file
"Preschool-Application.doc or Preschool-Application.pdf"
-
Nicaea Application should now open into Microsoft Word, Microsoft Word Viewer,
or Adobe Acrobat Reader
-
Print Nicaea Application (click file then print, choose printer and click print)
-
Complete appropriate information
requested in application by using a Dark Ink Pen.

Fax completed application to
